The Retail Integration Institute (RII) is based on the retail
expertise developed by Menasha Packaging as a preferred supplier of major retailers. Established in
2003, RII is dedicated to reducing total retail supply chain costs and providing merchandising
solutions that deliver unprecedented sales lift, profits and environmental sustainability.
Contrary to the traditional view of the supply chain--which begins
with raw materials and ends at the retail outlet—we’ve discovered that most merchandising and
packaging decisions are driven from the retail level. By helping our brand marketing customers
integrate the retailer’s strategic objectives throughout the supply chain, we can reduce the costs
and improve the performance of merchandising for both parties, and help facilitate partnerships
built on mutual success.
Supported by over 50 products and services, our Retail Research
Center, and 43 manufacturing plants through the United States, we focus on three primary objectives
for our RII customers:
